President Victor M. Catanzaro founded Wall Street Properties in 1976, to provide a high level service to commercial real estate transactions in the San Francisco Bay Area. Vic brings nearly 50 years of active real estate experience and product knowledge to assist in a wide variety of real estate transactions. He takes an active role in the every day company operations and marketing company listing.
In the 80's, Vic's brother Richard joined him at the company and together they worked on transactions throughout throughout California, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, and Arizona with their primary focus on commercial property transactions in and around the greater San Francisco Bay Area. Both brothers instructed college level real estate courses and lectured at many private seminars. In 2013 Vic's daughter Regan Catanzaro joined the company to assist development activities. Now a broker, she assists clients throughout San Mateo County in commercial real estate transactions and consults with clients on developing their own commercial and multifamily residential projects.
Wall Street Properties has successfully completed transactions for large institutional investors and small independent investors alike. A partial list of clients include, AT&T, Micro Focus, TCI Cablevision, Metro Commerce Bank, The Pet Club, International Marine Products, the County of San Mateo, One Hour Martinizing Cleaners, Digital Equipment, The Taubman Company, The ‘Good Guys’, Society of St. Vincent de Paul, Goodwill Industries and Safeway Stores, as well as numerous non-institutional investors and clients.
Wall Street Properties is involved in all facets of real estate including industrial, retail, and office sales and leasing as well as commercial and multi family ground up development and renovation. Our philosophy is to participate with a “Hands On” approach to the real estate industry and servicing the real estate needs of our clients.
Former Vice President and agent, Richard Catanzaro passed away in the spring of 2019 after many years of expert real estate service to his many loyal clients. It is and remains our goal to provide expert high level service to our clients.
